GZ - Simple Contact Form is as it say very very simple contact form for easy usage and implementation on your website. This package goes with easy administration, where you can customize adresses and notification.
It makes use of several techniques: Ajax and jQuery for submition and validation, and PHP/ HTML/CSS for styling and retrieving the data.
Administration saves data in file on server, and because of that there is no need for DB.
First idea of creating this form was to put it on Themeforest for sale.
Unfortinatly (or not), i give up of that and decided to put it here for free use.

Sometimes it is impossible to have clear XHTML and CSS, but I am doing my best
